Antique leather-bound German Bible has a red cover with ornate gold-leaf embossing and a central cross design. This large volume features a brass clasp on the side and contains numerous black and white illustrations. The internal pages show text in German and include dates from the 1850s. The paper has significant foxing and wear consistent with its age. There about 3 loose pages, have wear on edges of hardcover consistent with age.
